Lost Certificates

In order to retrieve your certificate, kindly provide info@scf.org.sg with the following for the retrieval of your certification details:

  • Full Name
  • Date/Year of attainment of certificate
  • Type of Certificate: e.g 1-star or 2-star etc.
  • Last 4 alphanumeric characters of your NRIC
  • Also, please note that each reissue will cost $20. We will inform you of the detailed payment procedure once we manage to retrieve your certificate from our database.

Group Activity Programmes (MacRitchie Reservoir and Kallang Water Sports Centre)

For participants above 12 years old, we have the following programme available for your consideration, subjected to availability:

Kayaking Orientation Programme (KOP)

Venue: MacRitchie Reservoir Paddle Lodge (up to 26 pax) or Kallang Water Sports Centre (up to 50 pax)
Duration: 2 – 3hrs
Operation hours: 0800 to 1800hrs

*All equipment provided and inclusive of guided coach

Kid-in-a Kayak (KIAK) is currently the only program that is available for kids below the age of 12 years old .

Star Courses

The weight limit of the kayaks are 90kg.

Kindly make appointment with us via info@scf.org.sg to take a look at our kayaks and check if it is suitable for you before making payment for the course.

Boat Rental At The Paddle Lodge @ MacRitchie Reservoir

The timing is from 9am – 5pm (last boat to return by 6pm).

For group size more than 10pax, kindly refer to group activity programmes.

For kayak rental for individuals/group size below 10pax:

Cost = $18/boat/hour (inclusive of PFD & paddles)

*Sit-on-top kayaks only*

You may either make a walk-in reservation of kayaks, subjected to availability, or make an advanced booking by paying a NON-REFUNDABLE FULL payment (this includes CAT1 scenario as equipments have been reserved).

If you would like to make an advanced booking, kindly email us at info@scf.org.sg with the following details to check for availability before making an online payment:

  1. Number of pax
  2. Number of boat – kindly indicate the number of single or double sit-on-top
  3. Date of reservation
  4. Time of reservation
  5. Venue – The Paddle Lodge @ Macritchie Reservoir

Novice zones for sit-on-tops only

Strictly no rescheduling, cancellation or refund of the booking is allowed once made. However, if you are unable to make it, you can arrange for another individual to take over your booking. Please inform the Paddle Lodge staff that the registered participant has changed and our staff will update it in the system.

Yes, walk-in is allowed subject to availability of boats for rental.

In the event of lightning alert (CAT 1), patrons will be required to return to land. The affected patrons will have their booking slots extended. Should the CAT 1 persist for more than one hour, we will allow the affected patrons to reschedule their booking.

You may check the lightning alert via NEA’s website https://www.nea.gov.sg/weather. Refer to the 2-hour Nowcast for more information before heading down to MacRitchie Reservoir. If there is a lightning alert at MacRitchie Reservoir during your paddling timing, you may call or email us at 6344 6337/paddlelodge@scf.org.sg to reschedule.

No extension of booking if you are late. Your booking will be released to other patrons if you do not turn up within 15 minutes of your booking slot.

We will send the booking confirmation via email within 3 working days. We appreciate your patience during this process.
