Please bring your physical identification to prove that you are part of the affiliates/concessions user on the day itself. Checks will be conducted at the point of arrival and patrons will be required. Upon request, please product the identification documents to verify that you are eligible.
In the event patron is unable to produce the identification documents upon request, Singapore Canoe Federation reserve the rights to turn you down if you did not bring the physical identification.
No requests for refunds or other compensations will be entertained under any circumstances.
