For courses, please bringing a physical Medical Certificate and Medical Declaration Form is mandatory. Without the physical certificate, the Singapore Canoe Federation reserves the right to deny participation, and no refunds will be issued.
Each course requires a minimum of 10 participants. If this minimum is not met, the course will be postponed until further notice, and no refunds will be issued.
